Hello, my name is Shazali but I prefer people to call me zali, Today is my first day establish my kitchen studio called 'Zali Malaysian Cooking Studio'. The main objective of this studio been created is to educate the Malaysian especially to those who have the responsibilities to be the cook of the house or family with the basic cooking skills. Base on my observation individual always stress when they are asked to cook either for daily or for special activity. Sometime the individu even took so much time to produce a meal. This is happened because they don't have knowledge or proper training for cooking activities. "Zali Malaysian Cooking Studio" is created to make the cooking activities or responsibilities is fun, easy and less time consume.
Zali Malaysian Cooking Studio offer Basic Cooking Understanding class for Malyasian Cuisine / Basic Western Cooking Class / Basic Pastry / Basic Bakery / Malaysian Snacks. All those categories came with various individual recipes selection.
